FAQ page

Q: When will I receive my books?
A: We will usually mail out your book order within 1-2 business days after your payment has cleared. If you have a PayPal account and is verified, this usually happens immediately.


Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We only accept PayPal on our online orders. Any other payment options will need to be arranged with Storm Anesthesia directly. Please email Storm Anesthesia if you have any questions regarding other payment options.


Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my order?
A: No. You can pay with credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.


Q: Can I return a book after I receive it?
A: No, all book sales are final. The only return we accept is for damaged products.


Q: My book(s) were damaged when they arrived! Can I receive a refund or an exchange?
A: We do not offer refunds, but will be happy to exchange a damaged product. You may contact us at Storm Anesthesia and we will arrange for an exchange of your purchase.


Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Currently all orders can be shipped free of charge. We do offer two expedited options as well. We use USPS and offer Priority or Express mailing.


Q: What are the timeframe for the shipping options?
A: We offer three different levels of shipping. The cheapest (FREE) is Media Mail, but if time is of the essence, you may chose USPS Priority or USPS Express mail. The times mentioned here are from the USPS website and we mail out from Columbia, SC 29206.

  • Media mail, which we offer for free, takes 10-12 days and we may take a couple of days, work depending, to make it to the postoffice. 
  • USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days and we will attempt to get it out within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment.
  • USPS Express takes 1-2 days, and we will send it the same day of receiving the order and payment.


Q: I would like to order books for my whole class, do you offer a discount?
A: Yes, if your whole class want to buy some of our material, we will offer you a discount. Please contact us at Storm Anesthesia for special pricing. The more books you buy the bigger the discount!


Q: Do you offer a discount just for me?
A: No, at this time we do not offer any general discounts. We do occasional promotions and also offer significant discounts if you buy a large quantity of our material. Please contact Storm Anesthesia directly to inquire.


Q: Do you offer a live review course?
A: Yes, we do offer a live review course. We will be happy to come to your program and give our 2-day anesthesia review course. We do require a minimum student participation, so please contact Storm Anesthesia for further inquiry.

 

Product return

All product sales are final. No refunds will be given for product orders once an item has been shipped.

If you against all odds should receive a defective product you are entitled to a replacement. Simply email us at Storm Anesthesia with an explanation of what is wrong with the product. We will then facilitate a replacement and pickup of damaged product
